How to customize email notifications

Have you ever wanted to modify the messages that are sent out by the Project Server 2007 notification system? The notification methods in Project Server 2007 allow you to read and update notification settings for resources, but it does not include a way to use custom XSLT transformation files to modify email messages from the notifications system.
